| I thought that as an sec guideline nobody is allowed to short stocks under five dollars because it hampers those businesses that are just starting to build there business. I do know that stocks like siri have quite some short interest while they're under five dollars, but that's because the stock traded above five dollars earlier and built the short interest before trading under five dollars. |

| Do youself a favor and avoid under $5.00 stocks, most of which end up under $.50 stocks. |
