I think all this stuff about the economy is bad due to law that changed about filing bankruptcy. Before you could clean your slate clean but now you must pay it back. luckily I beat the deadline before it went into effect but others weren't so lucky. Im not really quite sure what really is going on but that is just some of my thought of what is helping push the stock market on a more decline.

Being forced to pay back your debt? Man, that's ridiculous.

1. did you have a question?

2. so you think that because people can not file bankruptcy as easy and walk away from debts. thus laying them off on the lender.. this is the cause?? really?

you do realize that when you wipe the slate clean . it doesnt just disappear..it gets pushed off on someone else.

any that could because this how?
