With liberals if there's a republican president, up is down black is white, the sky isn't really blue they seem to paint everything as a negative.

For the liberals out there let me give you a little reality check because I lived through it.Under the Carter governance Unemployment over 14% black unemployment over 22% inflation over 12% my house mortgage was 13.5% gasoline over $2.00 the equiv of $5.00 today. rationing rampant can you imagine if this happen under this governance the democrats could be storming the white house with fire and pitch forks.

The first quarter of 2007 was pathetic.1.3 % growth as indicated by the Commerce Department. The housing market is worse. This economy stinks. Doesnt matter what the Dow does.it was at record highs in 1929.pick up a history book.

Im doing quite well. I refinanced my house at the right time and managed to pay off some debt. I live modestly because I'm saving for my future by investing wisely, and Id like to keep politicians like Mrs. Clinton as far away from my money as possible.

I just got laid off because the company I work for went bankrupt.

I dont have any stocks or investment because every penny I make goes to paying rent, health insurance, purchasing groceries, utilities, gas for my car, and college tuition.

Bully for you.

$250 isnt much, and you havent really made that money till you sell. The market could drop again tommorrow. In fact, historically, the stock market doesnt do well between May and September, IIRC, so it quite may, despite of fundamentals.
