| I doubt that they're going to take off soon but they're most likely a good investment in the longer term. Your best choice could be to pick some research businesses and hope that some of them are bought up by bigger businesses. I could avoid anybody stating a big breakthrough. |

I havent heard most of anything about nanotech recently. If you need a great groundbreaking tech company, you may want to look at Energy Conversion Devices, symbol ENER. Here is an article summing up their business:
